John Kranyak is the Director of Marketing Services and Business Intelligence for IMPACT Learning Inc, a company committed to providing comprehensive resources for today’s leaders and business owners. John’s focus is on business development as well ensuring that client needs are identified and addressed resulting in the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, John provides consulting and coaching services in the areas of market research and marketing plan development.
IMPACT Learning Inc. focuses on delivering integrated processes associated with leadership development, including executive and business coaching, assessing and developing leadership competencies, performance coaching, strategic planning, maximizing team performance, consultative selling skill development and change management. Recently, IMPACT Learning Inc. has introduced some new processes and resources specifically designed for the entrepreneur and business owner.
John has over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing. A key expertise is in marketing research, where he has made a career out of understanding his customer’s needs, by identifying key issues, analyzing data and turning them into insights. John is a problem solver.
John built the market research departments at Endo Pharmaceuticals and Solstice Neurosciences. John has managed over 200 projects including primary, secondary, qualitative and quantitative. He has developed market research plans and managed multi-million dollar budgets. John has also moderated focus groups, one-on-one face-to-face interviews as well as phone interviews. He has been a speaker at the PMRG (Pharmaceutical Market Research Group). He has presented to groups of patients, physicians, and corporate executives from small groups to gatherings in the hundreds. John has also developed several of his own Market Research methodologies.
John spent six years as a successful sales representative where he was consistently recognized as a top performer. He possesses a B.S. in Biology and an M.B.A. in marketing.
John is married, with three children. He enjoys sports – especially baseball, golf and basketball. John also plays drums, enjoys doing home improvement projects and has dabbled in community theatre. He enjoys reading and writing.
