Sterling “Skip” Ivison is the Vice President of US Operations for IMPACT Learning™ Inc. A highly experienced and effective senior level manager and human resources professional, Skip Ivison combines his strong technical background with more than fifteen years of HR experience to provide a full range of executive coaching, leadership development and consulting services. Skip recently joined IMPACT Learning Inc. as Vice President, U.S. Operations and will be taking the lead on building the company’s east and west coast practice. IMPACT Learning Inc. focuses on delivering integrated processes associated with leadership development, including executive and business coaching, business solutions, performance coaching, strategic planning, maximizing team performance, change management and leading for innovation. Skip’s areas of expertise include: executive, senior and middle manager coaching, leadership development and succession planning, staffing and talent management. He has played lead roles in post-merger integrations and organizational downsizings. Skip is also an ELI certified instructor for Civil Treatment for Employees and Civil Treatment for Managers, and teaches workshops on building and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Skip started the human resources department for Endo Pharmaceuticals when it was founded in 1997. He helped grow Endo to the successful 4000-plus employee, multi-billion dollar global company it is today. While at Endo, Skip created and led the corporation’s philanthropic programs. Skip’s professional career began as a manufacturing manager with The DuPont Company Medical Products Department in Wilmington, DE. In addition to human resources and manufacturing roles, Skip has extensive experience in pharmaceuticals R&D, facilities management, sales and marketing, engineering design, internal communications and community relations. Skip earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College. The proud father of two grown sons, Skip loves sailing, tennis, scuba diving, cooking and reading.
